Fees
In accordance with the applicable texts, lawyers’ fees are determined by, in particular, time spent on the case, its
nature and complexity, the research work, and the importance of the interests at stake.
Julie Mariotte provides, from the first meeting, clear, precise and transparent information about the full amount of
expenses and fees.
- Cost of a first consultation: 100 € HT
- Hourly rate of the firm: between 270 and 300€ excluding tax per hour depending on the subject and the urgency of the request.

Payments
The firm invoices its services as the case progresses and as the work is carried out. The fees are therefore de facto
payable in several instalments.
The client's legal protection insurance contract may cover part of the lawyer's fees, depending on the scale
established by the insurance company.
